He began his professional journey as a Marketing Executive at Lupin Ltd, where he worked from 2000 to 2007, gaining valuable experience in sales, client relations, and business development.

Since 2007, he has been serving with LIC of India as a Development Officer, where he has built a reputation for leadership, consistency, and excellence. With a keen interest in training and development, he has regularly attended the Kolkata Study Circle Programme every year since 2011, continuously upgrading his knowledge and professional skills.

He has consistently remained among the Top 30 Development Officers of Silchar Division and has achieved the distinction of securing the 2nd highest premium in Silchar Branch 1 for the last five consecutive years.
